JS ESTIMATING & PROCUREMENT – DIGITAL DOWNLOAD TERMS
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing and downloading any digital product (including price lists, estimating templates, or spreadsheets), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is required prior to download.
2. Nature of Digital Products
- All downloadable products are provided in digital format only. No physical items will be shipped.
3. Strict No Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Access & Delivery
- Access to the file will be granted immediately after successful payment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they can open and use the file format provided.
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
- All digital products remain the intellectual property of JS Estimating & Procurement.
- Files are licensed for individual use only
- Redistribution, resale, sharing, or duplication is strictly prohibited
- Files must not be shared with third parties, including colleagues or subcontractors, without written permission
6. Limitation of Liability
- The information provided within any price list or estimating document is intended as a guide only.
- JS Estimating & Procurement is not liable for:
- Variations in actual project costs
- Supplier price changes
- Site-specific conditions or construction variables
7. Misuse & Enforcement
- Any unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in legal action.
8. Updates to Terms
- These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of purchased materials constitutes acceptance of any updates.
